We joyfully serve because Jesus first served us. When you serve at Anchor, not only do you grow in your skills and gifts, but you also get to meet new people and build meaningful friendships. God has designed us to serve one another, so we come alive when we serve!
SErve opportunities
Worship + Production
Be a part of the team that creates a space for the Anchor Gathering to worship. Our hope is to always be directing our attention to God and providing an environment where we can hear him and respond to him. There are opportunities to volunteer with tech teams, as a vocalist, or as an instrumentalist.
Anchor Kids
Kids are a vital part of the Anchor family. We feel honored, not just to lead them, but also to learn from them. Together we are learning to love God and care for our city.
Admin + Maintenance
Serving on the administration and maintenance team means that we get to serve our people behind the scenes. Through strategic help with various tasks, we can increase our impact in the Kingdom by providing safe, efficient and well-prepared systems and environments. Service with our team can include helping with office projects, helping fix the “broken” parts of the building, or even doing some yard work.
Hospitality
As a Hospitality team, we desire to be friendly, welcoming, and generous with encouraging words, handshakes, and smiles in the greeting of guests, visitors and strangers.
To live out our value that all are welcome, we smile, greet one another by name, open the doors for folks, direct cars to safe parking spots, serve delicious coffee, and look one another in the eyes.
